Puntarelle alla Salentina are made with the tender and crunchy hearts of chicory, prepared according to tradition and seasoned with a light veil of vinegar and lemon juice, all immersed in our extra virgin olive oil to enhance their fresh and delicate flavour. Ideal as an appetizer, they are also perfect as a side dish for meat or fish-based dishes, and are delicious as a filling for baked pizzas, where they add a crunchy and tasty note. An artisanal product without preservatives, which brings to the table all the authenticity and flavor of Salento cuisine.
