Caponatina alla Salentina is an excellent product in oil that celebrates the authentic flavors of the Salento summer. This mix of vegetables produced by us includes courgettes, chilli peppers, tomatoes, aubergines, yellow peppers and onions, enriched with capers and Cellina di Nardò black olives. All the ingredients are rigorously hand-cut and dried in the warm Salento sun, then seasoned with our extra virgin olive oil to enhance their natural and genuine taste. Versatile in the kitchen, caponata lends itself to various recipes, accompanying first courses, second courses, pizzas and gourmet pucce. A product without preservatives, which brings to the table the unmistakable flavour of the Mediterranean tradition.
