Entirely from Puglia, Tritordeum friselle offer an authentic and genuine experience. Made with grains grown, milled and processed in Salento, Tritordeum grains are the result of a natural cross between durum wheat and wild barley Hordeum chilense, a cereal that preserves precious nutrients. Tritordeum flour is produced using non-GMO methods, and thanks to the artisanal work of “Il Mulino Calogiuri” since 1960, these friselle are rich in beneficial elements and guarantee a rustic and natural flavour. Ideal to be enjoyed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh cherry tomatoes for an authentic dive into the flavours of the Apulian tradition.
