The Artichokes in Oil are prepared with patience and craftsmanship, hand-turned and treated with care. After a bath in water, vinegar, salt and lemon juice, the artichoke hearts are placed in a jar together with fresh mint leaves and covered with our extra virgin olive oil. Their tender texture and delicate flavour make them ideal for enriching fresh salads or for adding a special touch to numerous recipes. Each jar contains approximately 10-12 artichokes and celebrates the authenticity of Mediterranean flavours, without the use of preservatives.
