Paccheri Cappelli are made with Senatore Cappelli wheat flour, handcrafted without degermination of the grain to preserve vitamin E and unsaturated fats with antioxidant properties. This generously sized pasta is ideal for scooping up full-bodied sauces. We recommend pairing it with a fresh tomato and basil sauce, or a ricotta and sausage dressing for a tasty dish.
